We’re here to help. Email hello@restedly.com and tell us what you see, and on which screen.
Very sleepy, or had a close call while driving? Don’t drive while you feel that way, and talk to your doctor. In an emergency, call 911.
Does Restedly change my CPAP machine?
No. Restedly never changes your machine’s settings. Your sleep team sets the pressure and your care. Restedly teaches skills and tracks what you enter.
Where do my CPAP hours come from?
You enter them in the morning check-in, from your machine or its app. A good guess is fine. Your machine’s own report is the official record for insurance.
How does the goal count?
A good night is 4 hours or more on CPAP. The insurance goal follows Medicare’s rule: 21 good nights in 30 in a row, within your first 90 days. A night you don’t log counts as not used. You can change your goal in Profile.
Leaks, events or the air still feel wrong
Talk to your sleep team or equipment supplier. Only they should change your settings. “Share 2 weeks with my sleep doctor,” in the Log tab, gives them what you’ve logged.
Restoring a purchase
If you bought the full program on another iPhone, open Profile, tap the full program card, and choose “Restore purchases.” Refunds go through Apple.
Moving or deleting your data
Your data lives only on your iPhone. In Profile, “Export my log, checks and lesson notes” makes a copy, and “Delete all Restedly data” erases it. See Privacy for details.
