Restedly keeps your information on your iPhone. There’s no account, and we never see your nights.

What the app keeps, and where

Restedly stores what you enter on your iPhone, in the app’s own storage:

• your setup answers, goal and usual sleep times
• your morning check-ins: sleep times, CPAP hours, why the mask came off, and how sleepy you felt
• your answers to the insomnia and safety checks
• your lesson progress and any notes you write

We don’t receive any of it. Your iPhone’s backups, to iCloud or a computer, may include app data, depending on your backup settings.

What leaves your iPhone

• What you share. “Share 2 weeks with my sleep doctor” and “Export” make a text or file, and you choose where it goes. We can’t remove copies you’ve already shared.
• Purchases. Apple handles payment for the full program. We never see your payment details. Apple sends developers standard sales reports.
• Reminders. Bedtime and check-in reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. They aren’t sent from a server.

What we don’t do

• No account or sign-in.
• No advertising, and no selling or sharing of data.
• No analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs in the app.

Deleting your data

In the app, open Profile and choose “Delete all Restedly data.” Deleting the app also removes its data from your iPhone. Neither one cancels or refunds an Apple purchase.

This website

This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our host, Vercel, processes basic request information, like IP addresses, to deliver the pages.

Health information

Restedly is education and skills for adults with diagnosed sleep apnea, not medical care. Because your information stays on your device, we don’t hold health records about you.

Adults only

Restedly is for adults 18 and older.
